Job responsibilities include:
The Head of Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. This position will oversee all HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top talent
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Implement performance management systems and processes that drive employee engagement, development, and retention
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations, including managing employee grievances and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Identify and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development
  • Develop and maintain HR information systems that support data-driven decision making and analysis
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO or Managing Director on HR-related metrics and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that drive employee engagement and business success
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of HR professionals and fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior leaders to achieve business objectives
